Welcome to Pink Chair Realty, a local and family-owned business founded in 2024. My name is Kelly, and I’ve
always been fascinated with real estate in its many forms and functions. Luckily, I met Josh who has the
same, crazy passions, and yes, talking real estate keeps us awake at night. We think our clients might be
just like us: planners, dreamers, adventurers. Whether it’s a vacation spot, a second home, or a
well-deserved permanent move, Florida real estate is more than a physical structure but the culmination of a
dream.
As a midwestern girl, my family drove South for yearly Florida vacations. I remember that first stop along
the way where we could just begin to breath the balmy air, soak in the warm sunshine, and then finally
arriving to feel the sand squish between our toes. It’s nothing short of magical when you’re coming from a
Nebraska winter of 10 below! At Pink Chair Realty, we understand the importance of your next vacation or

hands-on and involved with our business. Josh and I live beachside, know the local market, and have our own
money invested in local real estate - because we believe in this area! Overtime, we have also seen the gap in
quality real estate services and commit to do better. We have our hands in every transaction and aren’t afraid
to get them dirty, literally. You might find us pulling weeds or mowing lawns or helping the cleaning crew -
whatever is needed in the moment to support our team. While there are other worthy competitors, we promise to
care just a little bit more, work just a little harder, and bring our unique skills and experience to perform
just a little bit better. At the end of the day, we believe quality, hard-work and integrity always wins!
Our Expertise
Real Estate is a second career for both Josh and me. I started in Industrial Psychology working in
consultant, training, and leadership roles while Josh hails from a financial accounting background with many
years at a fortune 100 company. But all along the way, real estate was our side hustle. I owned my first
investment property just out of college and kept adding to the portfolio. Over the years, we’ve bought, sold
and rented our own properties along these very beaches and have now worked full-time in the industry for over
a decade. Pink Chair excels at vacation rental management and home design/staging/consulting as well as second
home and investment property sales and purchases. We know the local market, know the industry and want to help
you attain your coveted slice of Florida’s Gulf Coast.
